Once you have made an enquiry via my contact page, we will agree a time to conduct an initial telephone consultation in which we can discuss your specific requirements in more depth. This can be followed with a face to face meeting in which we can identify what you would like us to work on and set some goals of intervention.  Intervention may be a one-off episode, or a series of sessions depending upon your particular wishes, needs and budget.

Before we begin working together, if you wish to access pool sessions I will ask you to complete a health questionnaire, and view and agree to some terms and conditions.
