During these sessions I can focus upon your aims and individual needs. We will work together to improve your confidence, independence, mobility, range of movement, strength and agility, pain relief and reduction in high tone and spasticity. Sessions usually last up to an hour, and during this time, you will receive my full attention, and assistance where necessary with any manual handling issues. These individual sessions enable me tailor aquatic therapy to your specific needs, providing intense and high quality input, with the identification of and focus upon your specific goals. I take inspiration for these sessions from techniques such as Bad Ragaz Ring Method, Halliwick and Watsu.
